Printing Services
1.1 Scenario1 >>>>>> printing site not accessible
Description: The printing site is exists in 6th of October, in the same building with the branch and DC.
It’s for printing the Bank statement (Quarterly cycle), and the Cover Cards (Monthly cycle).
Impact: Low, as the printing cycle can be shifted by few days.
Probability: Low, as the site exists in a quite area, away from any demonstrations. Also the printing process itself based on offline process, so no link problem exists.
BCP: We are in the negotiation phase with Xerox or Egypt Post to do BCP for the printing services either in one of our locations or in the location of Egypt Post.
RTO: 2 days.
